As you guys know I have been living life as a paraplegia for 15 years now and I've never stop trying to walk again.
I have tried all sorts of different things that can help improve my mobility.
One thing, to all my fellow Paraplegia out there. It's very important to keep exercising your feet to prevent foot drop syndrome, this will help keep your feet in shape for when you start walking again.
Foot drop is a gait abnormality in which the dropping of the forefoot happens due to weakness, irritation or damage to the common fibular nerve including the sciatic nerve, or paralysis of the muscles in the anterior portion of the lower leg. It is usually a symptom of a greater problem, not a disease in itself. Foot drop is characterised by inability or impaired ability to raise the toes or raise the foot from the ankle (dorsiflexion). Foot drop may be temporary or permanent.
So if any of you experience any of the symptoms above I recommend that you follow the exercises on my video.
